Valerie Khan has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources mainly working within large financial intuitions, including insurance.

Working alongside the firm’s Industry Leaders and Business Specialists, she is responsible for the people strategy for Jones DesLauriers by serving as a top HR expert and true strategic business partner to enable Jones DesLauriers’ employees and leaders to reach their full potential and achieve their corporate goals.   Her experience includes leading HR teams and programs for global companies.  She is a change leader who has led the design, build and implementation of various HR strategies to support the growth and sustainability of talent. Her areas of expertise include: HR technology and processes, talent acquisition, employer branding, talent management and equity & inclusion strategies.

Valerie has a passion for providing innovative HR solutions with a focus on equity & inclusion to give organizations a competitive edge through the attraction and development of employees.

Valerie is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario.
