With over a decade of experience in the insurance industry, Steven has cultivated a comprehensive understanding of the business by working on both the broker and carrier sides. This dual perspective equips him with a unique ability to navigate the complexities of underwriting while maintaining a keen focus on client needs. His approach combines technical proficiency with a collaborative mindset, enabling him to develop tailored solutions that drive results and build lasting relationships.

Steven earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto and has achieved both his CIP and FCIP designations. These credentials reflect his deep commitment to professional development and staying at the forefront of industry knowledge.

In addition to his role at JDIMI, Steven is passionate about sharing his knowledge and shaping the next generation of insurance professionals. He serves as a professor at Humber College, where he teaches in the Commercial Account Management Program, inspiring students with real-world insights and fostering their growth as industry leaders.

Outside of his professional pursuits Steven enjoys his free time with his family and friends and is a devoted Toronto sports fan.
