Account Director, Commercial Insurance

Kimberly’s role is to mentor and oversee a group of Account Assistants and Account Associates while also helping to identify and monitor best practices through the design, implementation and review of workflows for all branches, ascertaining strengths and opportunities for improvement along with assisting in the review of auditing processes and procedures working with the Director, Training & Quality.

She was the Project Manager for the implementation of a new Broker Management System in 2018 for all branches of Jones DesLauriers.  In addition, she is also responsible for Systems Training for all staff and increasing utilization of current systems.

Kimberly joined Jones DesLauriers in 2011, and she has over 20 years of experience in the industry.
