Nada brings over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, having worked on both the broker and carrier sides. She launched her career by focusing on external growth, collaborating directly with markets while building and nurturing a diverse client network across Canada and internationally. Nada’s relentless pursuit of improvement through enhanced efficiencies and consistent protocols led her to executive-level opportunities, prompting her to shift her focus towards service quality and efficiency improvement.

With a strong foundation from her frontline experience, she embraced the challenges of branch administration, including training, client servicing, branding, budgeting, and strategic planning. A key aspect of her role is to work alongside the Chief Operating Officer and Commercial Account Directors to deliver the strategic vision of the brokerage through the implementation and management of sound operational practice.
