Annalisa Palermo

Director, Commercial Lines

Annalisa began her insurance career in 2009 in a servicing role, primarily working on large, complex, multi-national accounts, within various sectors.

She joined Jones DesLauriers in 2015 as an Account Assistant, and soon thereafter was promoted to a Client Manager.  Annalisa was promoted to Team Lead in 2023, and most recently promoted to Director in 2024.

As Director, Annalisa leads a team of Client Coordinators and Client Associates, mentoring and overseeing the team’s progress and individual career paths.  She is also an integral part of training and development.

Annalisa achieved her Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) designation in 2014.
