Team Lead, Commercial Lines

Annalisa has over 15 years of experience in Commercial Insurance.  At the start of her career, she was on the servicing side of the brokerage, primarily working on large, complex, multi-national accounts, within various sectors.

Annalisa joined Jones DesLauriers in 2015, as an Account Assistant, and soon thereafter was promoted to a Client Manager.  She was most recently promoted to her current position of Team Lead in 2023. As Team Lead, Annalisa works alongside Kimberly Lee, Director, Commercial Insurance, and is responsible for leading the team of Client Coordinators and Client Associates. Her role is to mentor and oversee the team’s progress, and she is an integral part of training and development. Annalisa achieved her Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) designation in 2014.
