Spencer Shusterman

Claims Manager

Spencer Shusterman has over 30 years Insurance Industry claims experience. His career includes working as an Independent Loss Adjuster, Insurance Company Claims Manager and Claims Broker with a Global Broker and Risk Management advisor in a National Leadership position. He was the Canadian based Claims technical and operational leader for a Lloyd’s of London Underwriting syndicate for over seven years immediately prior to joining Jones DesLauriers | Navacord.  He leverages this varied experience in assisting clients with claims management solutions and advocacy on complex and large claims. Spencer has a degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Toronto and is a Chartered Insurance Professional.

Spencer enjoys travel, cycling, theatre, old movies and supports World Vision Canada.
