TO OUR VALUED CLIENTS: Canada Post has resumed services, however delivery delays will persist for some time. Clients are encouraged to contact us to arrange payments over the phone, or in person to avoid lapse in coverage.

  • Don’t have an email address? No problem. We’ll make note of this and provide alternative options for communication.
  • Our team is actively updating contact information in our system to ensure you’re always in the loop.
  • Payments remain essential. We offer a range of payment methods to meet your needs. 
  • Need assistance? Contact us for a premium finance quote or the payment option form to explore the best way forward. 
  • Where possible, we’ll prioritize electronic document delivery to ensure you receive critical documents like liability slips on time.
  • For clients without email access, we’ll arrange in-person pickups or tailored delivery options.
