He builds risk management solutions using an industry class first approach and consistently strives to create alternative program and cost ingestion structures that support the unique business needs of his clients. He has a passion for business operations and works tirelessly to understand the distinctive processes that make his clients successful.

During his free time, Mike enjoys golfing, cooking and travelling. Additionally, he likes to volunteer by fostering dogs.
