Nada has built her career in the insurance industry from the ground up, gaining more than 25 years of experience across brokerage operations, client service, administration, training, strategic planning, and operational improvement.

With a practical and collaborative approach, Nada helps bring clarity to complex work, supports teams through change, and creates space for people to grow through mentorship and shared learning.

In her role, she partners with the leadership team to advance strategic priorities, strengthen operational practices, and help build a culture where people and the business are well positioned for sustainable and continued growth.

Outside of work, Nada enjoys exploring new destinations through food and culture, discovering great restaurants, and enjoying thoughtfully paired food and wine with family and friends.
