Scott Irwin

Scott Irwin is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Jones DesLauriers, a Navacord Broker Partner. Prior to this, Scott was Managing Partner with the organization.

Scott has over 15 years of experience in the area of risk transfer consulting for the hospitality, realty and construction sectors of insurance.  His experience includes the placement of insurance and reinsurance for local, national and international clients. His focus as a broker was on strategic risk mitigation, specialized program creation and captive insurance consulting.

Scott is a graduate of The State University of New York at Oswego. He holds a Bachelor of Science Business Management Degree. Scott is a Registered Insurance Broker of Ontario. He enjoys hockey, golf and cooking, and supports the Lupus Society, Sick Kids and Greenpeace.

Scott also holds the role of managing director at the Lil E Coffee Café Toronto location and serves on the board of Lil E Coffee Café. Through Lil E’s mission of brewing greatness and fostering inclusivity, Scott works with the team to empower individuals by providing meaningful employment opportunities for those with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
