When partnering with a client, she positions herself as a key resource who seeks a deep understanding of the business operations, industry outlook, and growth goals prior to presenting solutions. She is recognized across the team and with clients for her professionalism and expertise—resolving issues with a focus on clear communication, while upholding the highest service levels.

Zora is a licensed Registered Insurance Broker of Ontario (RIBO) and has her Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) designation
