Patty McNeil

Chief Operating Officer

With over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, Patty McNeil has held various roles on both the carrier and brokerage sides. As the Chief Operating Officer, Patty collaborates with senior leaders and Business Specialists to deliver the strategic vision of the brokerage through the implementation and management of sound operational practices.

Patty began her career in commercial underwriting for a large national insurer and gained further experience with a global carrier. She then transitioned to client executive and leadership roles at a boutique brokerage, working on complex international and domestic insurance programs. To further hone her leadership skills, Patty took on senior roles with both an international insurer and a large regional brokerage. She joined Jones DesLauriers in 2019 as the Vice President of Commercial Insurance and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2022.

Patty is a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) and holds a Canadian Risk Management (CRM) designation. An avid hiker and member/volunteer with The Bruce Trail Conservancy, Patty spends most weekends hiking the trails of Ontario with her family, including her dog.
