Richard has 17 years of experience in the industry; he worked for a multinational broker for 15 years prior to joining Jones DesLauriers & Navacord. Richard was the Central Zone Transportation Leader prior to taking on his current role as Director of Transportation at Jones DesLauriers.

Richard is passionate about transportation, as it is the lifeline of the economy and essential for goods and services reaching their needed destinations. He places a strong emphasis on loss control, best practices, and performing a pre-underwriting analysis in support of our transportation clients in order to contribute to their insurability, success on renewals, and reduce their total cost of risk.

In doing the above, Richard believes this leads to a harmonious profitability triangle between the client, insurer, and broker.
