Patty McNeil

Chief Operating Officer

Patty has over 20 years of experience in commercial insurance and has held various roles on both the carrier and brokerage sides of the industry.

Working with her Commercial Leadership Team and Business Specialists, she is responsible to deliver the strategic vision of the brokerage through the implementation and management of sound operational practices for the commercial division.  Patty started her career in commercial underwriting for a large national insurer and gained further underwriting experience working for a global carrier.  Patty then moved on to client executive and leadership roles with a boutique brokerage working on complex international and domestic insurance programs.  She then decided to hone her leadership skills by taking on senior roles with both an international insurer and a large regional brokerage.

Patty is a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) and holds a Canadian Risk Management (CRM) designation.  Patty is an avid hiker and member/volunteer with The Bruce Trail Conservancy.  Most weekends you can find her hiking the trails of Ontario with her family including her dogs.
